The Tier 3 rules in Lancashire currently restrict the mixing of households indoors and outdoors in hospitality settings or private gardens, as well as restricting meetings in outdoor spaces to six.

But don't worry, there are still plenty of ways to safely enjoy Halloween as we creep ever closer to the spookiest day of the year.
