Comedian Sarah Millican will bring her fourth stand-up tour, Outsider, to Preston’s Guild Hall next summer.
The show will take place on Sunday June 5 2016 and tickets will go on sale tomorrow.
In just seven years, she has gone from winning the Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to becoming one of the UK’s most successful and multi-award-winning comedians, who also holds the record as the highest selling female comedian in the DVD market.
As well as her success at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Sarah was also voted the People’s Choice Queen of Comedy at the 2011 British Comedy Awards and has fronted three series of her critically acclaimed BBC2 series The Sarah Millican Television Programme, for which she received two BAFTA nominations.
Her new tour, Outsider, will run for 119 dates, starting this October and finishing in September 2016, with tickets going on sale tomorrow.
Sarah’s last tour, Home Bird, was seen by over 200,000 people. She has been a regular visitor to Preston over the last few years, most recently doing a charity gig in January to raise money for the funeral of former security guard and veteran John White.
Tickets cost £25 and go on sale at 9am tomorrow. Visit www.seetickets.com
