Christmas Day ice skating on offer in aid of Lancashire children's charity
A Lancashire ice rink is opening up on Christmas Day for anyone who wants a festive skate.
Planet Ice in Blackburn will be open from 10am until 12 noon on Christmas Day for a skating session.
And all proceeds from the day will go to Derian House children's hospice in Mawdesley.
A spokesman for Planet Ice said: "All money raised from the Christmas Day skate will go to providing much-needed equipment and supplies to all children who are using the hospice now and in the future.
"We would like to raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause."
The skate session will cost £5.
