Former Preston Post Office to host Best of Britannia event

The first exhibitors have been confirmed for the three-day Best of Britannia event in Preston.

Taking place from May 15- 17 in the historic Post Office building and Market Square, BoB North will showcase the best in British design with a host of inspiring exhibitors.

As usual BoB will be keeping the fashion enthusiasts amongst the crowds happy with an array of beautifully crafted apparel, footwear and accessories.

Exhibitors include: Britannia Footwear (Burnley) with more than 20 years’ experience in the shoe industry trading as far afield as USA, Japan and China; Lancashire cycling bag brand, Carradice (Nelson) which has partnered up with BoB sponsor Virgin Trains and will reveal a limited edition bike bag made entirely of recycled materials; Deni Deni (Rossendale) set to display their custom made, bespoke leather products in an array of handbags, belts and bow ties.

For those looking for inspirational interiors, BoB will once again be hosting an array of beautiful home brands.

They include Dan Marc furniture (Preston) and The Odd Chair Company (Preston), as well the established national brand Graham and Brown (Blackburn).

One for the petrol heads is Scomadi (Lancaster), authentic scooter manufacturers.Amongst the different stands and a specially curated Lancashire produce market, visitors will find BoB food and drink partners such as Fever Tree.

Visitors can refuel at one of BoB’s pop-up restaurants including local favourites Duk Pond (Preston) and All Fired Up (Blackburn).

Non-executive BoB Director Wayne Hemingway said: “As a born and bred Lancastrian, I am delighted that BoB North is coming to Preston.”

BoB North is working in partnership with Marketing Lancashire, Preston City Council, Virgin Trains and UCLan.
