The new deals will see the coaching triumvirate commit themselves to Lancashire until the end of the 2018 campaign.
Giles said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been offered the opportunity to commit our futures.
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first 18 months at Lancashire and feel extremely lucky to have such a strong coaching team around me.
“We still have a lot of work to do with this young and exciting group of players and we all look forward to bringing future success to the club.”
Lancashire start their first campaign back in the top flight of the County Championship on Sunday with a home clash against Notts at Old Trafford.
