The 25-year-old failed to clear 4.65m and was forced to settle for fourth place.

After opening her campaign with a first-time clearance of 4.40m, Bradshaw went onto clear 4.50m and 4.60m.

However she came unstuck when the bar went higher and was unfortunately edged out of a podium spot on the Gold Coast, in Australia.

The gold went to Canada's Alysha Newman, who set a new games record with 4.75m

New Zealand's Eliza McCartney and Australia's Nina Kennedy came second and third respectively.
