
Ingol Rangers and Tanterton meet in the semi-final at Bamber Bridge’s Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
Although the teams play at different pitches – Ingol use the Preston Sports Arena and Tanterton are based at Village Green – they share the same social base at Ingol Social Club.
Ingol, winners of the competition back in 2003, are currently third in the Lancashire Sunday League Premier Division.

Tanterton are going great guns in Division One, a 3-2 win over Hesketh Bank last week seeing them go top of the table.
Their goals against Hesketh Bank came from Jamie Bryson, Ezzie Rennock and Warren Beattie.
Friday night’s tie will be refereed by former Kirkham and Wesham player and FA Vase winner James Sheppard.
His two assistant referees will be Paul Jackson and Mark Otto, with Keith Martin the fourth official.
All four officials are members of the Preston Referees’ Society who regularly officiate in the Lancashire Sunday League.
Bamber Bridge will have their clubhouse open during Friday night’s game.
