Preston North End v Millwall: Unchanged side for PNE and Josh Earl back on the bench

Preston North End manager Alex Neil named an unchanged starting XI for the Championship clash with Millwall at Deepdale.

He stuck with the side which had started the two away wins over Queens Park Rangers and Huddersfield Town in the past week.

The one change to the match day squad was on the bench, with Josh Earl replacing Tom Bayliss.

It was left-back Earl's first involvement in the squad since the Carabao Cup tie with Mansfield Town in August and his first for a Championship game since the end of the 2018/19 campaign having spent last season on loan at Bolton and Ipswich.

On Tuesday, Earl signed a new three-year contract, with Andrew Hughes and Adam O'Reilly also agreeing fresh deals.
