Asked about the incident after the game, Owls manager Tony Pulis said he hadn't seen the incident.

Whether it will lead to Fisher facing any sort of action from the FA, remains to be seen.

Fisher played the full 90 minutes of the game which saw North End win a home league game for the first time this season.

He operated at right-back in the first half before moving into a three-man back line in the second half as PNE boss Alex Neil switched system.
