Hide AdNeil said: "We have done it before, the lads aren't precious about who scores, they just want to win the game.
"They have done it to give the goalkeeper something else to think about.
"Scott, as he showed at Norwich, is really comfortable with penalties - as is DJ, as is Paul Gallagher.
"I don't ever concern myself when we get a penalty, we have got a lot of guys who are good at them.
"They are experienced players, I leave it up to them.

Neil was pleased to have Johnson back in the fold, this is first taste of Championship football this season.
Speculation surrounding Rangers' interest in him clouded the opening stage of the campaign, with a groin injury then keeping him sidelined for a few weeks.
"DJ was player of the year last season but has barely kicked a ball this time," said Neil.
"The one game he came on against Derby in the cup he changed the dynamic of the whole game and scored a penalty.
"When you are missing that type of quality DJ has, it is never easy to win games."
