Preston midfielder Daniel Johnson scores his first international goal for Jamaica.
Preston North End midfielder Daniel Johnson scored his first goal for Jamaica to help them to victory over Saudi Arabia.
Johnson collected a corner played out to him and from a few yards outside the box curled a left-foot finish into the far corner of the net.
His goal brought the Reggae Boyz level in the 34th minute after they had fallen behind to their hosts five minutes earlier.
Javon East, who plays his club football in Costa Rica, scored Jamaica's winner in the second half of the clash in Riyadh.
It was the second meeting in four days between the countries, Saudi Arabia having won the first clash 3-0 last Friday a game Johnson made his debut in.
DJ is set to re-join his North End team-mates at Euxton on Thursday ahead of Saturday's Deepdale clash with Sheffield Wednesday.
