Preston fans can now claim refunds on tickets for the Luton Town game

The trip to Kenilworth Road was scheduled for March 14 but the football season was suspended the day before due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

North End fans had sold-out the 1,032 allocation for the away section in what would have been their first trip to Luton for more than 13 years.

Tickets bought online will be refunded automatically in the next week.

Those who purchased in person or over the phone are asked to email [email protected] with the following information: the name of the lead booker, member number, payment reference number, address and contact number.

Refunds are also available for fans who purchased travel through the club for this fixture, again those who purchased travel online will automatically be refunded, while those who bought in person or over the phone should email the ticket office.

All refunds regarding this fixture must be requested by the end of business on July 31.

North End will set out its policies with regards to pre-purchased home tickets and season tickets in the coming week.
