Here are the North End player ratings for last night's clash at Deepdale.

Could do little about the Leeds goals. Made a good save from Bamford at 0-0. Handling was decent.
Defended quite well against Jack Harrison in the first half as Leeds moved the ball forward quickly. Got forward when the opportunity allowed.

Defended solidly in the first half to keep the visitors at bay, won his fair share in the air. Stood off Bamford a little for the second goal.
Gave the ball away from which Leeds broke to lead to Pearson's red card. Made a fine challenge on Bamford later in the game.
Better than he was on Saturday, got forward a couple of times in the first half. Needs more confidence in himself still.
The game swung on his red card. Was the last man when he made the challenge on Bamford - at least it wasn't petulance this time.
PNE's starman on the night. Looked a threat from the right-wing and caught the eye with some of his defending which was a bonus.
The skipper didn't get into the game as much as he would have liked. Set up a chance for Nmecha in the first half.
Poor game from DJ, his passing was slack and he didn't get an opportunity to influence the play.
Didn't get a great deal of service down the left-wing and was substituted before the hour.
You had to have some sympathy for the Irishman, battling against Cooper and Jansson on his own. Put over the cross which led to PNE's best chance in the first half.
Came on shortly before the first goal in place of Robinson. Grew into the game but it was difficult with PNE playing with 10 men.
Replaced Maguire for the last 20 minutes in a bid to shore up the midfield. Unlucky to be dropped in the first place.
PNE's last sub but still made an impact, seeing a late shot blocked. Surprised he didn't see action a bit earlier.
