Hunt spent the second-half of the 2011/2012 season with North End after joining them on a non-contract basis early in Graham Westley's reign, making 15 starts and two substitute appearances.
His one PNE goal came in a 2-2 draw with Charlton - the game in which Graham Alexander scored a dramatic late equaliser in his final appearance.
