Coventry get the game underway!

Storey forces a good save!

Ben Whiteman’s corner is whipped in from the right, Jordan Storey meets it well and forces a good save low down from Moore.

Both sides have had their share of the possession so far and both also look a threat at times going forward.

There has been no clea cut chance of yet though, with PNE markedly better than last time out.

O’Hare looks to get down the left channel and van den Berg concedes a free kick on the corner of the box.

Hamer goes for goal low at Iversen’s near post but the Dane is down to collect.

Andrew Hughes is booked for a foul on O’Hare.

Lovely build up from PNE as they pick their moment, it leads to Josh Earl receiving the ball inside the area who checks back on his right but and looks to find the top corner on the far side but it’s wide.

Walker shot blocked

Walker makes a bit of room for himself inside the area but Hughes throws himself in front of the shot and it is behind.

North End work it well out wide to Earl whose low cross is turned behind.

Walker places the ball into the top corner.

A kick in the gut on the stroke of half time, North End allow Walker plenty of time to take a poor touch, go off balance and correct himself before he strokes the ball into the top corner.

A good finish, but slack defending.
