Alan Browne named in Republic of Ireland squad
Preston midfielder Alan Browne has been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad, but fellow North Ender Sean Maguire has been left out.
Ireland face Bulgaria in Sofia on Thursday, September 3 before entertaining Finland at the Aviva Stadium three days later.
The Irish players will meet up on Sunday ahead of two days' training at the National Training Centre in Abbotstown, before flying to the Bulgarian capital Sofia on Tuesday afternoon.
