Preston North End players in lifesaving campaign

NWAS teamed up with stars from PNE, Blackpool and Burnley to raise awareness of how CPR is vital for heart attack victims.

NWAS has also be visiting Lancashire schools as part of the campaign.

Jane Atkinson, NWAS community resuscitation development manager for Lancashire, said: “We’ve loved working with the clubs to deliver such an important message.

“The only way to save someone having a cardiac arrest is to give effective CPR and use a defibrillator - the best chance of survival is for more people to know what to do to help.”
