PNE fined for Derby County brawl

Preston and Derby County have been fined £7,500 and warned as to their future conduct following their game at the iPro Stadium earlier this month.

It was alleged that in or around the 76th minute, both clubs failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.

The incident is believed to relate to the aftermath of a tackle by Ben Pearson on Derby's Abdoul Camara, which led to the PNE midfielder being cautioned.

Both clubs admitted with mitigation the breach of FA Rule E20(a).
