Daryl Horgan, Andy Boyle and Alan Browne are in a
19-man Republic of Ireland squad for Friday’s friendly against Mexico in New Jersey.

Having trained for three days at Fota Island last week, the Irish squad had a training session in Dublin yesterday before jetting off.

Horgan and Boyle will be hoping to win their second caps, while Browne’s target is a first appearance at senior level.

Ireland boss Martin O’Neill says he is likely to play with a three-man defence against the Mexicans, which should enhance Boyle’s chances of starting.
