Bamber Bridge’s game against Burscough has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
Brig’s First Division North home clash against Burscough was meant to take place at 3pm today but will now be rearranged after a pitch inspection deemed the pitch at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium unplayable due to surface water.
Bamber Bridge’s clash at Clitheroe on Boxing Day was also called off after torrential rain from Storm Eva battered the North West over the weekend.
Brig’s next game is at Ossett Albion on January 2.
But Chorley’s National League North clash at Harrogate is still on after Town’s Wetherby Road pitch passed a 10am inspection.
