The FA, Premier League, EFL and Barclays FA Women's Super League and FA Women's Championship had agreed to postpone professional matches on Friday but the National League decided to continue with their fixtures over the weekend.

Six matches took place in the National League and six games in the National League North, while there was a full complement of fixtures in the National League South on Saturday.

However, following another board meeting on the Monday, the National League has acknowledged that "it is not practical for its fixtures to be fulfilled in the immediate future" following Government advise to not support sporting events with emergency services workers.

Chorley were due to play AFC Fylde at Victory Park.
