Preston North End face an away tie at Fulham or Sheffield United in the fifth round of the FA Cup if they beat Nottingham Forest in a replay.
Simon Grayson’s side held Championship outfit Forest to a 0-0 draw at the City Ground on Friday, and will replay at Deepdale on February 4.
Sheffield United and Fulham shared a 1-1 draw on Sunday, with their replay at Craven Cottage.
While it is potentially not the most lucrative of ties, neither the Blades – who PNE beat 1-0 in the league in September with a Stuart Beavon goal – and Fulham who are battling relegation from the Premier League, look formidable opposition.
North End are set to find out on Monday if the replay against Forest will be televised live.
