Collier scored a double hat-trick as Leyland ran riot against relegation-threatened Port at Buckshaw Village.

He netted three times from penalty corners and scored three more from open play as L&C cruised to a comfortable victory.

Robbie Unsworth was one away from completing his own hat-trick as he netted twice.

Matthew Wilson and Simon Myers completed the rout with two open-play strikes.

Despite the impressive result, L&C remain fifth in the North West Hockey League Division Three North table.
