Whole Heap of work for Fitzy
Preston boxer Scott Fitz-gerald will make his professional debut against Ben Heap at the Manchester Arena a week on Saturday.
The light-middleweight star’s presence on the blockbuster Scott Quigg and Carl Frampton show was confirmed weeks ago and now he knows who he will meet in the ring.
Heap is aged and has only had one pro bout, which he lost to Latvia’sViktors Drizlionoks in December.
Nicknamed the Hammer, Heap – who hails from Swindon – is a former English kickboxing champion.
