Fury, Tyson’s cousin, lost out in a world title challenge to New Zealand’s Joseph Parker last September, the Kiwi then going on to lose his WBO title to Anthony Joshua in their huge unification fight in Cardiff on March 31.

For former Skerton ABC man MacMillan, it will be a chance to improve his 5-1 professional record on a big stage.

Having tasted defeat for the only time in his career when he stepped up to face former English champion Adam Little last September, MacMillan will be looking to work his way into title contention in 2018 under the guidance of Preston trainer John Donaghy.
