Zero to Hero
Avenham Park is hosting Preston's first Hero Assault Course this Saturday.
The five-mile course, built by Royal Marine Commandos, has 20 obstacles scattered throughout it.
The day is open to people aged 16+, runs from 9:30am to 4pm, and tickets £30.
10% of profits will be donated to registered charity Walking With The Wounded.
