World renowned mural artist Mohammed Ali will be at the Museum of Lancashire in Stanley Street to unveil a unique piece of public art created with young people from the county’s probation service.

The project will coincide with a Law and Order exhibition at the museum. The Birmingham artist has already spent time with the young people working on the cube, which will go on show at the front of the museum at 2pm.

“We’re looking forward to having the cube installed in front of the museum,” said museum manager Charlotte Steels. “I’ve seen some of the previous work done by the artist and it’s very exciting, so I’m interested to see what his expertise, mixed with the creativity of the young adults, will produce.”
