Witnesses wanted after car and motorbike crash in Buxton

A green Isuzu Trooper allegedly reversed into a silver coloured Harley-Davidson motorbike along Burlington Road.

A police spokesman said the motorist then drove off without leaving any details.

He added: “The bike was knocked to the ground causing damage to the exhaust system, brake lever and paintwork.”

Officers investigating the incident are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or spoke to the motorist of the Isuzu, to get in touch.

The incident took place at around 9am on September 21, 2015.

Police have only just released details of this incident to the press.
