Christmas Day - Tuesday, December 25, 2018 2018

Boxing Day - Wednesday, December 26, 2018

New Year's Day - Tuesday, January 1, 2019

Residents should have already received notification of any changes, which was attached to grey bins between Monday, December 3 and Friday, December 7 along with the 2019 collection calendar.

If still haven't been notified of any changes, or are still unsure about the changes, you can check your bin collection day on the Preston City Council website hereResidents are also being warned that any rubbish left next to wheelie bins will not be collected.

Recycling collections:

Affected recycling collections over the Christmas period will not been rearranged and will be collected on the next scheduled day, and extra recycling can be placed next to recycling bins in untied carrier bags.

Garden waste collections:

Garden waste collections are due to stop on Friday December 14, 2018 and will re-start on Monday January, 7 2019.
