Tyson Fury has serenaded world champion Wladimir Klitschko ahead of their big title fight this weekend.
The Morecambe-based challenger sang a version of ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ and dedicated it to his opponent on Saturday.
Fury’s rendition came after he took part in a public workout in a boxing ring at Dusseldorf airport.
“I’ve had a lot of requests to sing to people in the crowd,” said the charismatic Tyson, after taking the microphone.
Klitschko, who was sitting at ringside, applauded as his rival burst into song.
Tyson changed the lyrics to the Bette Midler hit, to: “For I was the one with the new glory, I’ll be the one with all the belts.”
Earlier, undefeated Fury was put through some padwork by trainer and uncle Peter Fury in front of the watching crowd. He then watched as Klitschko did the same with trainer Johnathon Banks.
Tyson, who lives in Hest Bank, will fight Klitschko at the 55,000-seater Esprit Arena on Saturday night for the WBA Super, IBF, WBO, IBO and Ring Magazine world heavyweight championship.
