UCLan scored 91 per cent for overall satisfaction in the International Student Barometer survey, which is open to all students from outside of the UK studying at participating institutions, placing it sixth in the table compared to other modern universities in Britain.

Other areas it scored highly in the survey were for ‘course academic content’ with a 91.7 per cent satisfaction rating and a score of 91.5 per cent for the ‘quality of its lectures’.

Deputy vice chancellor Liz Bromley, said: “UCLan’s international students are very much part of the fabric of the university community and it’s fantastic to see that 91 per cent of our international students are so very happy with their experience at UCLan.

“More than 44,000 international students studying in the UK took part in the International Student Barometer survey, which is well respected and taken seriously by potential applicants so it’s absolutely brilliant to see UCLan do so well.

“We aim to inspire all of our students to reach their potential and develop as global
citizens.”
