Lancaster Royal Grammar School and city hotels offer free beds for NHS and other key workers
LRGS, in East Road, said it has a number of single en-suite rooms with shared living accommodation available.
The Borough, in Dalton Square, and Quite Simply French, in St George's Quay, have also offered up rooms free of charge for essential workers in the city.

Hide AdAn LRGS spokeswoman said: "We are offering boarding accommodation to help NHS workers, or any other essential key workers who are on the front line.
"We have a number of single en-suite rooms with shared living accommodation.
"So far we have helped to accommodate an NHS worker who is unable to return home as their family is in isolation.
"We hope to help and support as many as we can for as long as we are able."

Quite Simply French said: "We have offered our bedrooms to the NHS should they come to need extra accommodation for the increase in staff. Free of charge of course."
Other accommodation providers are also understood to be offering free beds for key workers.
