Rush hour trains between Preston and Manchester delayed due to flooded lines

Train services between Preston and Manchester are delayed due to flooding on the lines this morning (February 10).

The delays are due to the aftermath of Storm Ciara, which brought heavy rain and winds to Lancashire and the North West yesterday.

It means this morning's services between Preston and all Manchester stations are facing delays today.
