Heysham to Isle of Man ferry services cancelled due to 'Storm Ciara'

Heysham to Isle of Man ferry services have been cancelled today due to bad weather caused by Storm Ciara.

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company have confirmed that they have cancelled this morning's ferry from Douglas to Heysham and the return journey this afternoon.

This is due to bad weather caused by Storm Ciara.

Cancellations include the 8.45am sailing from Douglas to Heysham and the 2.15pm sailing from Heysham to Douglas.

A spokesperson for the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company said: "Due to the continued forecast weather caused by Storm Ciara, this sailing has been cancelled."

The sailing from 7.45pm from Douglas to Heysham is also subject to possible disruption or cancellation.

The final decision for the sailing will be made by 5.30pm.

Passengers booked on the above sailings can transfer to alternate sailings through their online account subject to availability at no extra charge.
