The M65 eastbound entry slip road was partially blocked owing to an overturned vehicle.
Highways England said the incident was expected to clear between 4.15pm and 4.30pm.

Motorists were today warned of possible congestion around junction 29 of the M6 and junction 1 of the M65 near Preston.
