Person suffers head injuries after accident at Preston Covered Market
A person has suffered head injuries after a car crashed into a market stall at Preston's covered market, say police.
Police were called to the incident at around 12.30pm today following the incident involving a white Mitsubishi on Birley Street.
A spokesman for the police said: " We were called to reports that a car had gone into a market stall.
"One person is believed to have suffered a head injury and ambulance services are at the scene."
