Emergency services attend 'concern for safety' report in Preston
Emergency services are currently attending an incident at a tower block in Preston, say police.
Police were called to Avenham Lane following a 'concern for safety' report at around 7.35am on Monday November 20.
A spokesman for the fire service confirmed that five fire engines had been sent to the scene this morning.
