Accident on M61 Southbound causing delays
Lancashire Road police have been called to an accident on the M61 at around 9am this morning, say North West Motorway Police.
The accident happened on the Southbound carriageway 1 mile after junction 8 for Chorley.
Early reports suggest a vehicle spun around and is now facing the wrong way, say police.
