Teamwork is key as Guild City Games return

Taking place over two weekends in May and June, companies are invited to get their colleagues together for golf, rounders, football, dragon boat racing or school sports day events.

The aim of the Games is to promote participation in sport and physical activity for companies throughout Lancashire, hosted at various venues in and around Preston.

Organisers say it is benefiical for both the individual and organisations involved.

Jimmy Khan, Head of Sport & Leisure at Preston City Council, said: “I’m very excited that the Guild City Games is returning to Preston.

“Working with our partners ensures the use of world class facilities for the Guild City Games, along with business networking opportunities to get the message out there.
