Manager Louise Brimelow created the cake for Kirkham Grammar School’s careers fair.

It is in the shape of the Bloodhound SSC supersonic car and aims to inspire young people to consider a career in engineering.

Louise and her team at the Cake Decorating Company – based at the Tickled Trout service station by junction 31 of the M6 – worked in conjunction with Bake Off contestant Dorret Conway on the project.
