Chart-topping girlband The Sugababes are to play at Preston Guild Hall.
The pop trio – Keisha Buchanan, Heidi Range and new member Amelle Berrabah – will take the Guild Hall stage on Saturday, April 19 next year.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 9.30am on Friday, November 2.
The show is one of eight extra dates added due to massive demand to the girl group's spring tour, which kicks off in Brentwood on March 13.
And it represents a triumph for Guild Hall management who have been trying to get the band on the Preston stage for some time.
Publicity officer Paul Humphries said: "We've been disappointed a few times but we are delighted that we have finally got them.
"Our season next year is going to be great and this is a really good figurehead show. We are really pleased."
The girls recently spent four weeks at No 1 with their single About You Now, taken from their chart-topping album, Change.
The title song from the album will be their next release, out on December 16.
Tickets for the extra shows, priced at 26 each, are expected to sell out quickly and Guild Hall management is planning for queues to form as soon as the box office opens on Friday.
Paul Humphries said: "We do suggest people get here early. Friday morning, I will be expecting a queue outside – and it is nice to see we are putting stuff on that people really really want to see."
Tickets will be available in person from the Guild Hall box office, by phone on 01772 258858 or from the 24-hour credit card hotline on 0871 2200 260.
