The view was bloomin' marvellous as hundreds of visitors strolled through the white-covered grounds of one of Lancashire's magnificent old buildings.
Families and tourists travelled in their droves to Grade II listed Bank Hall at Bretherton, near Chorley, for a spectacular snowdrop attraction.
Among those lapping up the first weekend of the traditional winter fundraiser at the 400-year-old mansion included a high number of new visitors.
Janet Edwards, chairman of Bank Hall Action Group said: "It was an extremely good turnout and everybody enjoyed the atmosphere.
"The snowdrop Sundays have been running for three years and has always been popular among visitors."
Bank Hall is holding the snowdrop display in their grounds every Sunday, from noon to 4pm, until February 29.
Admission is 1.50 adults and free for children, with all funds going towards the restoration of the building. Refreshments are available on each event.
