SLIDESHOW: Kids across Lancashire dress up for World Book Day
Parents across Lancashire have been busy dressing their children up for World Book Day.

The Lancashire Post was inundated with hundreds of snaps as school children from across the county celebrated literature by becoming their favourite characters for the day.
Costumes ranged from Harry Potter and Pinnochio to Robin Hood and Where’s Wally.
This year marks World Book Day’s 20th anniversary and the celebration of reading is expected to be marked in more than 100 countries all over the world.
