Santa makes an appearance at Christmas in July

But already a Lancashire venue developed a festive spirit with a visit by Santa.

Christmas In July is a four-day crafting extravaganza, now taking place at Inspirations Craft Superstore at the Capitol Centre, Walton-le-Dale.

The festive season arrives early for the crafting community each year, as they begin planning their Christmas projects.

Inspirations is celebrating with product launches from parent company Hunkydory Crafts, which will feature a huge range of Christmas-themed essentials.

Appearances include Anne-Marie Catterall and Sheila Halliwell, the faces of Hunkydory Crafts, and regular demonstrators on Create & Craft TV, and John Lockwood, one-time presenter on Hochanda TV.

Ann Newhouse, owner of the store, said: “We could not be more excited for Christmas in July. We have a great lineup of guest demonstrators, and a fabulous new range of products that we cannot wait to share.”
