Pretty as a picture
It's almost like it was planned.
The day started off terribly, with high winds and frequent downpours.
But International Day of Happiness and the first day of spring was not completely lost on the people of Preston.
They enjoyed a late burst of colour to end the day, and they were ready with their cameras.
