“What If...? Imagining our green and fair recovery” will take place on August 8/9 organised by Friends of the Earth and Climate Action Groups (North West).

Each session lasts an hour with time for questions from the audience. Organisers say they hope the sessions will inspire other communities to set up their own projects.

Preston City Council leader Coun Matthew Brown will be joined by Couns Freddie Bailey and Martyn Rawlinson at 11 am on Saturday to discuss “What if local democracy empowered everyone?” and Kay Johnson from The Larder, Preston, will discuss “What if we create food fairness for all?” at 4pm on Saturday.
