Famous faces in the Drag world will be visiting Preston soon, with tickets to see them starting at £5.

Three stars of the popular reality show Ru Paul’s Drag Race are coming to Preston later this year as part of a world-class drag entertainment company’s weekly offering in the city.

All Stars season six icon Pandora Boxx, season eight star Cynthia Lee Fontaine and season 14 new-age retro queen Orion Story will all be performing at city centre bar Baker Street.

Each US queen is being flown across the Atlantic by the largest drag management company in Europe - Linda Gold’s FunnyBoyz - to perform and carry out meet and greets on September 8, October 6 and December 8.

A new free weeky drag queen spectactular is coming to Preston later this year, with special performances from Ru Paul's Drag Race stars.

A new concept in drag cabaret, Linda Gold’s FunnyBoyz brings a combination of hilarious drag shows, comedy bingo, entertaining games, cheesy music and cheap drinks all under one roof, with free entry as well.

Boasting an eclectic mix of world-renowned and talented drag queens, the shows will be headed up by legendary drag performer Linda Gold and glamour icon Dys Alexia.

Linda Gold said: “This truly is a unique party experience in Preston like no other. We provide four hours of non-stop entertainment from the UK’s leading drag queens while they also entertain with things like Benidorm bingo and hilarious cabaret acts.”

Linda Gold and Dys Alexia, two drag queens who run Linda Gold's FunnyBoyz drag shows.

The Linda Gold’s FunnyBoyz shows will take place every Thursday night at the Baker Street bar on Avenham Street starting from 9pm.

Preston revellers can expect all out fun and entertainment with the resident drag queen performers hoping to entertain with hilarious original lip syncs, dynamic performances and numerous games, including spin the wheel with prizes up to £250.

Entry to Baker Street on Thursday nights, when Linda Gold’s FunnyBoyz shows are on, is free but pre-booking is required.

Linda Gold Events currently arranges parties and events for more than 50 venues across Europe, with Preston being one of the latest cities to join the “family”.
