On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 of October, the Penwortham Pavement Plodders will be taking part in the charity's Virtual Rainbow Run 2020 to show their support for the NHS and key workers for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Higher Penwortham group - set up by Nicola Macken in February of this year - is asking people to show their support by giving them a little wave, thumbs up, or a horn-toot if they see the colourful plodders out and about over the nominated weekend.
