Day of fun, love and laughter for Ben Turner and Hollie Gregson's wedding day at Ribby Hall

They met on dating website Plenty of Fish in 2016 and instantly fell for each other.

Exactly a year later, their little girl Elyse was born to make their family complete. Ben, an electrician from Preston, proposed on Christmas Day 2017.

Celebrations began the day before the wedding with the two families staying in the Poppy Cottages, in the grounds of Ribby Hall. The day went without a hitch from beginning to end.

Hollie, 26, a hairdresser, said: “The marriage ceremony was amazing and the registrar put us at ease right from the off.

“This all set us up to having a fun and relaxed wedding.

“After the ceremony we enjoyed chatting to our guests and our photographer Dan took me and Ben off for our photos.

“For the wedding breakfast, we had hired PC Roadshows, Darren Windle who welcomed the ushers and best man into the room to Under Pressure, Queen, and Apache Jump On It. The bridesmaids came in to 2Funky2 Brothers and Sisters – this set the party off and within minutes Darren had guests on their chairs, arms in the air, waving

their napkins all around the room.

“We loved every single minute of our day from beginning to end.

“Our guests have since told us it was the most lively and fun filled wedding day they had ever had the pleasure to attend.

“It was one of the best days of our lives.”

Ben, 31, added: “Lots of fun, laughter and love.”
