In his 3-minute video, Graham takes us on a journey through the ‘new normal’ of a working day at the studio.

From the empty streets of Penwortham as he walks his dog Toby, to the precautions the three-man Breakfast team have to take to get the show on air in Blackburn, to the story of the Syrian tailor making scrubs in Preston for the NHS, Graham gives an insight into his new daily routine.
